Disclaimer
The last part of the process includes glazing and firing your piece. Sadly, this is not an exact science and the kiln can sometimes be unpredictable. While we always strive for perfection, it doesn’t happen all the time, so please be aware of this.

If you find that something is wrong with your piece, please let us know immediately and we will do our best to fix it. Alternatively, we may offer you a new piece to paint or a voucher for your next visit.

Please note that your piece is covered by a one-month guarantee while it remains at the store. We kindly ask that you collect your piece within this period. After one month, if your piece has not been collected and remains at the store, we cannot be held responsible for any small marks or minor damage that may occur. This is because keeping pieces for longer than the indicated collection period can result in limited storage space and overcrowding, which may increase the risk of minor incidents or marks to the pieces.
